Paul Van Atta
Paul uses salvaged materials, a decoupage of paper once used in electrical components, and narratives of abandonment. Paul received his masters degree in fine arts at SUNY New Paltz, he organized multiple live printing events and exhibitions/art markets with fellow artists and colleagues. From 2013-2015, Paul worked with the Association of Modern Psychology and the New Lacanian School to promote conferences and seminars using his previous illustrations. Recently, he has participated in a group exhibition at the Williamsburg Art and Historical Center, in which his work incorporated past drawings and prints, paintings and defaced sale tags.
