Her work revolves around memory\, time\, growth and the conceptual framework of what makes “home.” Printmaking\, papermaking and sculpture are utilized most frequently in her installation-based and modular prints. Hunter has shown nationally and internationally at Galerie de la Ferme du Mousseau in Elancourt\, France\, the Samuel Dorsky Museum of Art\, Colorado State University\, Saratoga Arts Center\, and the Williamsburg Art and Historical Center\, Del Mar College\, Gladwyne Library\, McKenna Theater at SUNY New Paltz\, Limner Gallery\, Market Place Gallery and Anne Street Gallery.
