Hannah Law is an artist, musician and educator who is deeply concerned with craft and the medium’s egalitarian spirit. She focuses on scenes from everyday life; countrysides from her hometown in upstate New York, wildlife and domestic still lives. She creates images of places and objects that are familiar. Her work is hung in kitchens where meals are made, porches where people play music, and living rooms where people chat late into the night. Her goal as an artist is to bring people together through shared experiences.
